The Lively Mallorca Apartments are in an ideal location in the lively resort of Palma Nova, Majorca.
Couples, singles and friends may find these apartments more suitable than families due to the close
proximity of the lively bars and nightlife at the resort. Only 100 metres away is the sandy beachfront
and the main centre is just a 250 metre walk away from the complex. Here, a selection of restaurants,
cafes, bars and nightclubs can be found.
There are a total of 93 guest rooms at the recently renovated complex, some of which are one bedroom
self-catering apartments and some of which are studio flats. Each room comes equipped with a fully
fitted en suite bathroom with shower as well as an open plan kitchenette. All rooms are air conditioned
or heated according to season.
Sofa beds can be found in the combined lounge and dining room and there
is a balcony or terrace, most of which overlook the gardens and outdoor pool. Other facilities include a
safety deposit box for rental, a telephone and satellite television. A maid service provides a change
of bed linen once per week and fresh towels when required. Guests also have access to a laundry room.
The Lively Mallorca Apartment complex has its own outdoor swimming pool with poolside bar and sun loungers.
